Refunds & Cancellations Policy
This Refunds & Cancellations Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for Elevated Listings. It should be read together with our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms have the meanings given in the Terms.
Quick summary
Setup Fee: 30-day, no-questions-asked, 100% money-back guarantee.
Care Plan ($49/mo): Non-refundable for the current billing period; cancel anytime to stop future renewals.
Exports: If you cancel, we’ll provide a standard WordPress export (site files + database) within 3–7 business days.
Third-party costs (e.g., IDX): Not covered by our refunds.
2. Setup Fee Refunds
You may request a full refund of your setup fee for any reason within 30 calendar days of purchase.
After 30 days, setup fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Refunds cover only our setup fee and exclude third-party costs such as IDX subscriptions, domains, or other tools purchased separately.
3. Care Plan Cancellations & Refunds
You can cancel the Care Plan anytime by emailing [email protected] from your account email.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Care Plan payments are non-refundable for the current period, but future renewals stop immediately.
After cancellation, hosting and agency licenses end, and we’ll deliver a standard export within 3–7 business days.
4. Method & Timing of Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment processor (Paddle).
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days (bank timelines vary).
5. Handoff & Export on Cancellation
On cancellation or upon request, we’ll provide a standard WordPress export (files + database) within 3–7 business days.
You’re responsible for your own hosting, domain/DNS setup, and software licenses (e.g., Elementor Pro) after export.
6. What is Not Refundable
Third-party costs you pay directly (e.g., IDX subscriptions, domains, stock images).
Out-of-scope add-ons or extra features purchased separately.
Care Plan fees for the current billing period.
Taxes, gateway, or dispute fees charged by third parties.
7. Chargebacks
If you experience a billing issue, please contact us first at [email protected] so we can resolve it quickly under this Policy.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date.
Material changes for existing subscribers will include at least 15 days’ email notice before taking effect.

Q: Can I get a refund if IDX approval is delayed?
A: IDX timelines are controlled by your MLS/vendor. We launch on schedule and enable IDX once approved. Third-party delays aren’t eligible for refunds.
Q: What if I’m not happy with my site?
A: You’re fully covered under our 30-day money-back guarantee—just email us within 30 days of purchase.
