				Your Care Plan includes up to 10 minor change requests per month, capped at 1 hour total. Examples include text edits, image swaps, and link updates. General support and questions are unlimited and don’t count toward this limit. Larger updates or new features are quoted separately.
IDX & MLS:

				We handle the full setup and integration. You’ll purchase your own IDX subscription (e.g., Showcase IDX, typically $80–$120/month). During onboarding, you’ll provide your MLS details and access so we can set up and connect your IDX feed.
					 How long does IDX approval take? 
							
			
			
		
						
				Approval times depend on your MLS and the IDX provider. Many are approved in about 1 week (often 2–10 business days), though some can take up to 2+ weeks. We’ll still launch your site in 14 days. If IDX is still pending, we ship with a temporary search experience and activate IDX the moment approval comes through.
SEO & Analytics:
					 Do you provide SEO or help with getting traffic to my site? 
							
			
			
		
						
				Not directly. However, every site we build follows modern SEO best practices, including:
