Tech, Hosting & Support:

Your website is built on WordPress using Elementor Pro, the world’s most popular website platform. We use it because it offers full ownership, unlimited flexibility, and a vast ecosystem of tools and integrations, without locking you into a proprietary system.

The Care Plan covers secure hosting, daily backups, uptime monitoring, security protection and malware scanning, WordPress and plugin updates, ongoing support, minor changes (like text edits or image swaps), and our ADA-compliant accessibility widget.

It keeps your website secure, optimized, and running smoothly, so you can focus on growing your business instead of managing tech.

You get priority support for questions, small fixes, and peace of mind. Need a text edit or photo swap? Just ask and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible (typically the same day).

Our care plan covers ongoing support, security monitoring, and updates. If anything breaks, we’ll fix it, fast.

You fully own your website, so you can make edits if you’d like, but we don’t recommend making direct changes without experience. The Care Plan is designed to handle updates and edits safely for you. Changes made outside the Care Plan can sometimes break the design or functionality, and additional fixes will incur a charge.

That’s totally fine. However, we recommend migrating to our care plan for reliable hosting, security, and support. We don’t offer tech support for outside hosting.

Your Care Plan includes up to 10 minor change requests per month, capped at 1 hour total. Examples include text edits, image swaps, and link updates. General support and questions are unlimited and don’t count toward this limit. Larger updates or new features are quoted separately.

IDX & MLS:

We handle the full setup and integration. You’ll purchase your own IDX subscription (e.g., Showcase IDX, typically $80–$120/month). During onboarding, you’ll provide your MLS details and access so we can set up and connect your IDX feed.

Approval times depend on your MLS and the IDX provider. Many are approved in about 1 week (often 2–10 business days), though some can take up to 2+ weeks. We’ll still launch your site in 14 days. If IDX is still pending, we ship with a temporary search experience and activate IDX the moment approval comes through.

SEO & Analytics:

Not directly. However, every site we build follows modern SEO best practices, including:

  • Fast load speeds and lightweight code
  • Mobile responsiveness
  • Clean site structure with keyword-optimized headings
  • Meta titles and meta descriptions on each page
  • Alt text for images
  • Proper heading hierarchy and HTML5 semantic markup

We also protect your existing SEO by implementing 301 redirects and mapping URLs, page titles, meta descriptions, and canonical tags to help preserve your current rankings.
