Is this a one-time payment or recurring?
The $1,995 (reg. $2,495) is a one-time setup fee for your fully customized website.
To keep everything running smoothly, your plan also includes a $49/month Care Plan that covers hosting, security, updates, backups, the accessibility plugin, and support.
The Care Plan gives you ongoing peace of mind, and you still retain full ownership of your site at all times.
When does the Care Plan billing start?
The $49/month Care Plan begins 1 month after your purchase.
Is there a refund policy or satisfaction guarantee?

If you’re not completely happy with your website, we’ll do everything we can to make it right — and if you’re still not satisfied, you’ll receive a full refund.

When do I pay for any add-ons I select?
You’ll pay for your add-ons during the initial checkout after selecting the ones you want in the add-on section.
Do you offer payment plans?
Not at this time. Our pricing is already significantly lower than agencies offering similar results.
Can I upgrade later if I want more pages or features?
Absolutely. Our add-ons make it easy to add more pages, agent profiles, listings, and more. You can upgrade anytime.

Ownership & Cancellation:
Do I really own the website?
Yes — 100%. Once your site is launched, it’s completely yours.
We host and maintain it for you through the Care Plan to keep everything secure and running smoothly, but you retain full ownership and can move it to your own hosting at any time.
Are there any hidden fees or contracts?
Nope. No contracts, no hidden fees. You pay the one-time setup fee ($1,995) and the monthly care plan ($49/month). Add-ons are completely optional.
Can I cancel the Care Plan and still keep my site?
Yes, your website is fully yours, and you can cancel the Care Plan at any time.
If you decide to move, we’ll provide a full export of your site that you can upload to your own hosting provider.
Just note that you’ll be responsible for managing hosting, security, updates, and backups once you leave the Care Plan.
What happens to my website if I stop paying the monthly fee?
Nothing happens to your site itself; you still own it.
If you cancel the Care Plan, we’ll provide an export of your site so you can move it to your own hosting provider.
You’ll just lose the Care Plan benefits, including hosting, support, the accessibility plugin, and ongoing protection such as security updates, daily backups, and performance monitoring.
Process & Timeline:
What happens after I pay?
You’ll get instant access to your onboarding form and Listings Dashboard to upload your content, preferences, and property details. From there, we build your site. Before launch, we’ll send a private preview for review plus a copy doc to request any text tweaks. After your sign-off, we launch—within 14 days of receiving your content.
How long does it take to launch?
Your website will go live within 14 days of completing your onboarding and sending us your content.
The 14-day timeline starts only after we’ve received your assets, so the sooner you complete your onboarding forms, the faster we can begin.
If MLS/IDX approval is still pending, we’ll launch your site on schedule and activate IDX the moment it’s approved.
How do you handle feedback or revisions?
While we don’t include formal rounds of revisions like traditional agencies, we make sure you’re happy before launch. Before your site goes live, we’ll send you a private preview link and copy doc so you can review everything and request any final tweaks. Once you approve, we’ll launch your site.
Do you have client meetings?
Nope, and that’s by design. Skipping meetings means faster turnaround times, lower costs for you, and no time wasted. Instead, everything is handled through a simple process: just complete the onboarding form, upload your content through your dashboard, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Will I get to review the design before it goes live?
Yes. Once your website is ready, we’ll send you a private preview along with a copy doc to review both the site and the wording. You’ll have the chance to request any minor changes and give final approval before your site goes live.
What if I’m not happy with the final site?
We’ll make it right. We want you to be thrilled with your site, and if you’re not, we offer a full refund, no questions asked. Your satisfaction is our priority.
How do I send you my content and preferences?
After checkout, you’ll immediately get access to your onboarding form and content dashboard, where you can upload your photos, listings, blog posts, and reviews, choose your style preferences, and share your information and goals.
Everything’s guided and easy to complete, so we can start building your site right away.

Is this a template or a custom website?
We start with a professionally designed, high-converting template and then customize every detail: colors, images, listings, and copy, so your website feels completely unique to your brand.
This approach lets us deliver a site that looks custom-built, performs beautifully, and launches in a fraction of the usual time.
How many pages are included in the setup?
Six pages: Home, About, IDX Search, Listings, Blog, and Contact. You can add more through our affordable add-ons.
Can I request additional features or customizations?
Absolutely. We offer add-ons like team pages, agent profiles, exclusive listings, custom pages, popups, CRMs, scheduling integrations and more. For advanced needs, we’ll give you a custom quote.
How is my site customized to me?
We customize your site with your information, colors, photos, logos, listings, and content. No two websites look the same, and everything is tailored to your brand and goals.
Can I use my own images and listing photos?
Absolutely. You can send us your headshots, property photos, and any visuals you want on your site.
Do you design logos or brand kits?
Not currently, we specialize in websites only. If you need branding help, we’re happy to recommend someone.

Tech, Hosting & Support:
What platform is it built on?
Your website is built on WordPress using Elementor Pro, the world’s most popular website platform. We use it because it offers full ownership, unlimited flexibility, and a vast ecosystem of tools and integrations, without locking you into a proprietary system.
What does the $49/month Care Plan include?
The Care Plan covers secure hosting, daily backups, uptime monitoring, security protection and malware scanning, WordPress and plugin updates, ongoing support, minor changes (like text edits or image swaps), and our ADA-compliant accessibility widget.
It keeps your website secure, optimized, and running smoothly, so you can focus on growing your business instead of managing tech.
What kind of support is included in the care plan?
You get priority support for questions, small fixes, and peace of mind. Need a text edit or photo swap? Just ask and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible (typically the same day).
What happens if something breaks on my site?
Our care plan covers ongoing support, security monitoring, and updates. If anything breaks, we’ll fix it, fast.
Will my site be secure and backed up regularly?
100%. Our care plan includes security monitoring, daily backups, and regular updates to protect your site.
Can I make my own edits to the site later?
You fully own your website, so you can make edits if you’d like, but we don’t recommend making direct changes without experience. The Care Plan is designed to handle updates and edits safely for you. Changes made outside the Care Plan can sometimes break the design or functionality, and additional fixes will incur a charge.
What if I already have a domain name and hosting?
That’s totally fine. However, we recommend migrating to our care plan for reliable hosting, security, and support. We don’t offer tech support for outside hosting.
How many minor change requests are included each month?
Your Care Plan includes up to 10 minor change requests per month, capped at 1 hour total. Examples include text edits, image swaps, and link updates. General support and questions are unlimited and don’t count toward this limit. Larger updates or new features are quoted separately.
IDX & MLS:
Is IDX included, and what do I need to use it?
We handle the full setup and integration. You’ll purchase your own IDX subscription (e.g., Showcase IDX, typically $80–$120/month). During onboarding, you’ll provide your MLS details and access so we can set up and connect your IDX feed.
How long does IDX approval take?
Approval times depend on your MLS and the IDX provider. Many are approved in about 1 week (often 2–10 business days), though some can take up to 2+ weeks. We’ll still launch your site in 14 days. If IDX is still pending, we ship with a temporary search experience and activate IDX the moment approval comes through.
SEO & Analytics:
Do you provide SEO or help with getting traffic to my site?
Not directly. However, every site we build follows modern SEO best practices, including:
- Fast load speeds and lightweight code
- Mobile responsiveness
- Clean site structure with keyword-optimized headings
- Meta titles and meta descriptions on each page
- Alt text for images
- Proper heading hierarchy and HTML5 semantic markup
We also protect your existing SEO by implementing 301 redirects and mapping URLs, page titles, meta descriptions, and canonical tags to help preserve your current rankings.

Is the site optimized for Google and mobile devices?
Yes, 100%. Your site is SEO-friendly and designed to look and perform beautifully on phones, tablets, and desktops.

Yes, Google Analytics is included in the base plan. If you want Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or other ad tracking tools installed, we offer that as an optional low-cost add-on (See Add-ons).
